NEW "SIT-DOWN" CLASS STARTING ON APRIL 11

SIT and get a full-body workout with an experienced instructor, using weights, therabands and other equipment.

Join us any Tuesday for a free trial class at the Masonic Lodge at Roble and El Camino in Menlo Park (behind Cook's Seafood).

The fee is $7.00 per class after that.

Stand-up classes (      dance-oriented to music) are on Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays from 8:30 to 9:30.

Sit-down classes (non-dance-oriented to music) are on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 9:45 to 10:30.
